These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Syft (“Syft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using Syft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Syft.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Syft. If you are located in the United States, you must be 13 years or older. We do not knowingly allow children under these ages to use the service.

2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@syft.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Use of Syft
You agree to:

  • Use Syft only for lawful purposes

  • Not access or interfere with areas of Syft you are not authorized to access

  • Not reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit Syft in ways not intended

  • Not use Syft to send spam, harmful content, or engage in harassment

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. User Content
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, store, or transmit on Syft (“User Content”).
You grant Syft a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit your User Content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your messages or content.

5. Privacy
Your use of Syft is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and retain personal information.
By using Syft, you consent to the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & Payments
If using Syft's paid features:

  • Billing cycles and pricing will be displayed in-app

  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your account

7. Service Availability
Syft is a cloud-based service and may experience interruptions, delays, or errors. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Attempt to access accounts that are not yours

  • Interfere with Syft’s infrastructure or security

  • Use Syft for fraudulent or illegal activity

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • We discontinue the service

Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

10. Disclaimers
Syft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or reliability of the service

  • That the service will be error-free or uninterrupted

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Syft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months (or $0 for free users)

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; they may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of Syft means you accept the updated Terms.
